No Return & Refund Policy — Tyfm To You From Me

At Tyfm (To You, From Me), we take great pride in the quality and hygiene of our products. Due to the nature of our curated items—including food-contact items (like lunch boxes, water bottles, etc.) and personal stationery—all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. We encourage you to review all product details and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Mandatory Video Proof) If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement at no additional cost. Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement within 3–5 business days.

To be eligible for a claim, you must fulfill the following requirements:

MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE ENTIRE PACKAGE WHILE OPENING.

  • Unboxing Video: You must provide a 360-degree unboxing video of the package.
  • Video Quality: The video must be clear, continuous, and without any cuts or edits — from the moment you start opening the outer courier bag until the product defect is shown.
  • Timeline: Please contact us at tyfmhelpdesk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the video and your order details.

⚠️ Failure to provide a proper unboxing video as described above will result in the claim being declined.

3. Hygiene & Safety Standards To maintain strict health and safety standards, items such as stainless steel lunch boxes, drinkware, imitation jewelry, charms, cosmetics, innerwear, perfumes, deodorants, and eatables cannot be returned once they have left our facility, as they are intended for food consumption or personal hygiene.

4. Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
