At Tyfm To You From Me, we ensure every gift order is packed with care and delivered safely across India. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard gift orders: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day
• Personalised & custom gift hampers: Allow an additional 2–3 business days
• No dispatch on Sundays or Indian public holidays

3. Payment Methods — No COD Available We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

4. Pin Code Serviceability We ship pan-India via Delhivery and BlueDart. Delivery to remote PIN codes may take additional time. If your area is unserviceable, we will notify you immediately.

5. Order Tracking Once your gift order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking activates within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Festive Season Shipping Delays During peak festive seasons — Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas,  New Year , Valentines Day — delivery timelines may extend slightly due to high courier volumes. We recommend ordering early for festive gifts.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before placing your order. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will incur a re-shipping fee.

8. Damaged Gift Orders We pack every order with premium care. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at tyfmhelpdesk@gmail.com with:

• A 360-degree unboxing video
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
